Bas\u00e9es sur le rapport international publi\u00e9 en f\u00e9vrier 2024, ces recommandations visent \u00e0 avancer dans la mise en \u0153uvre de cadres de r\u00e9gulation en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9bats sur la gestion de l\u2019espace informationnel ne sauraient se passer d\u2019une approche contextualis\u00e9e \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9alit\u00e9s. C\u2019est pourquoi, depuis plus de 3 ans, le Forum sur l\u2019information et la d\u00e9mocratie travaille avec des partenaires dans diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions du monde pour d\u00e9velopper et adapter ses recommandations de politiques publiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dernier rapport du Forum sur l\u2019information et la d\u00e9mocratie,<a href=\"https:\/\/informationdemocracy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Forum-ID_IA-comme-bien-public.pdf\">&nbsp;\u201cL\u2019IA comme bien public: garantir un contr\u00f4le d\u00e9mocratique de l\u2019IA dans l\u2019espace informationnel\u201d<\/a>, paru en f\u00e9vrier 2024, invitait donc \u00e0 une contextualisation locale des quelque 200 recommandations finales. A cette fin, le Forum a coordonn\u00e9, en partenariat avec trois membres de la Coalition civile au&nbsp;<strong>B\u00e9nin<\/strong>, en&nbsp;<strong>C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire<\/strong>, et au&nbsp;<strong>S\u00e9n\u00e9gal<\/strong>, des processus de consultation locaux entre les autorit\u00e9s publiques et les experts de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cLes rapports que nous publions aujourd\u2019hui sont le fruit de travaux de longue haleine, articulant standards internationaux et adaptation \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents contextes nationaux. Nous esp\u00e9rons que cette approche permette \u00e0 la fois une appropriation des d\u00e9bats par les acteurs des pays concern\u00e9s ainsi qu\u2019une meilleure inclusion de ces recommandations dans les discussions internationales.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Camille Grenier, Directeur ex\u00e9cutif du Forum sur l\u2019information et la d\u00e9mocratie<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019issue des consultations, un ensemble de recommandations propres \u00e0 chaque \u00c9tat ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es afin de proposer un encadrement d\u00e9mocratique de l\u2019IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces trois rapports permettent aux organisations partenaires du Forum de renforcer leur plaidoyer envers les acteurs publics nationaux pour mettre en place des cadres juridiques clairs, contraignants, et inclusifs, en ligne avec les principes du Partenariat international pour l\u2019information et la d\u00e9mocratie.
